Orders are sent by Royal Mail. We make a small charge of only £1.50 per item as a contribution towards postage and packing, but if you order three or more items, it may be possible to refund part of the total charged to you.

Orders are firm sale, but should an item arrive damaged, please contact us first either by email or by telephone (0115 966 4143) and we will arrange for its return.
