CELEBRATING ART IN NOTTINGHAMSHIRE WITH LOCAL ARTISTS KARL KOPINSKI AND OLIVER LOVLEY |
Karl Kopinski Born and raised in Nottingham, Karl has been working in the illustration industry since 1997.
He is also a keen portraitist and has undertaken commisions for numerous clients including a portrait of Nottingham's Sir Paul Smith, which was featured in his book "Hello my name is Paul Smith".
Karl has also produced several Sketchbooks featuring figures sketched in black and white.
Oliver Lovley His volume containing reproductions of paintings of architecture, nature and the human figure in acrylic and pencil on linen, paper and wood, is very representative of Oliver's work. He typically combines observational drawing with a process of building layers of textural surfaces to function in contrast.
Oliver also lives and works near Nottingham.
